Content and Environment

General

• Two new portraits have been added to the Adventurer’s Guild. These Champions deserve a moment to be Idle.

Spelljammer

• The issue with the Mercane docks not being interactable while grouped on the quest 'Contrivance of Old' has been fixed.

Defense of the Moondancer

• The entrance to Zoor'lar's arena should no longer be clickable when players are properly inside the boss arena.
• Crew Members of the Dirty Deceit no longer get stuck inside an invisible wall during the Defense of the Moondancer Trial.
• The “Dash: Defense of the Moondancer (Master)” achievement can no longer be attained without completing the Master version of the Trial within 12 minutes.
• The “I'm the Captain Now (Master)” achievement now only correctly unlocks when Captain Zoor'lar is defeated with at least 3 Lieutenants alive.
• The text for the “I'm the Captain Now (Master)” achievement text has been updated to be clearer in its requirements. It now states “Defeat Captain Zoor'lar in the Defense of the Moondancer (Master) trial with at least 3 Lieutenants alive.”
• Zoor'lar should now immediately re-engage when he comes back from the invuln phases of the Normal Mode of the Trial.
• (Advanced & Master) The weapon reward for the Defense of the Moondancer should no longer drop prior to the completion of the Defense of the Moondancer mission.

Combat and Powers

Classes: Barbarian

• Persistent Rage now unlocks at level 3.
• Marathon Runner now unlocks at level 6.
• Raging Criticals now unlocks at level 9.
• Bloodletter (Encounter)
  • Bloodletter magnitude increased 520 -> 600.
  • Bloodletter with Bloodspiller feat magnitude increased 920 -> 950.
• Blademaster Paragon
  • Battle Fury (Encounter)
    • Damage Increases now remain at full strength for the duration of the buff.
    • Max targets increased 5 -> 10.
    • Now prefers players over other targets.
    • Generates +10 Rage on activation (this does not scale with Relentless Battlerage.)
    • Cooldown decreased 25s -> 20s.
  • Axestorm (Encounter)
    • Casting animations for Axestorm have been sped up in an attempt to make it more usable.
    • Cast time decreased 2.0s -> 1.4s.
• Sentinel Paragon
  • Sure Strike (At-Will)
    • Sentinel's Sure Strike now restores stamina on hit.

Classes: Paladin

• Divine Palisade tooltip now displays correctly when the character has the Unyielding Champion feat.

Enemies and Encounters

Defense of the Moondancer

• The Saboteur's Paralysis Trap disable powers duration has been reduced, down to 3s from 10s.

Demonweb Pits

• Death Defying Spiders and Demonweb Phase Spiders no longer have a chance to appear in non-Demonweb Pits encounters.

Items and Economy

Rewards

• Fixed a stacking issue that was causing Brute's Might to drop its bonus every few seconds and briefly stack with other versions of itself.

Spelljammer Campaign Store

• The rare set of Wildspace rings available in the campaign store may now be purchased after completing the 3rd campaign milestone (previously the 6th milestone)

Masterwork Crafting

• Cleric's Duergar Mercenary's Steel Symbol recipe uses 2 less Soul Beads.
• Cleric Duergar Mercenary’s Steel Icon recipe uses 1 less Soul Bead.
• Soul Bead recipe uses only 6 Fallen God's Ore, down from 12.

Mounts

• Several 4-slot insignia bonuses were displaying out of date information in the short description of their powers, which did not match the longer description provided when the bonus was selected. The following bonuses had their short descriptions updated to give proper info: Trainer's Restoration, Accursed's Resolve, Lionheart's Perseverance.
