July 26th , 2010 - Amsterdam, Netherlands - Perfect World Europe B.V. ("PW Europe" or "the Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Perfect World Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: PWRD) ("Perfect World"), today announced that it will be presenting its lineup of exciting free-to-play games entirely localized in French and German to the media at this year's Gamescom (Koelnmesse, August 18 - 22, 2010).

With a new office in the Netherlands, Perfect World wants to get closer to its European players, "a top priority" according to Dr. Alan Chen, CEO of Perfect World Entertainment Inc. and PW Europe. "They have given us amazing support and are extremely passionate about our service and games. We wanted to reward their involvement and unlike many publishers we have chosen to offer them the possibility to continue playing on the existing servers with the characters they have built up, but in their own languages."

For the first time at Gamescom, German and French players will be able to enter the virtual worlds of Jade Dynasty and Battle of the Immortals in their native language.
