Content and Environment

Defense of the Moondancer

  • Fixed a bug with the achievement “I Regret Nothing” that prevented the achievement from being granted to those divers who jumped into Wildspace.
     

Combat and Powers

General

  • Magnetic Attraction
    • Temporarily halving the damage on Magnetic Attraction's collision.
    • Trobriand and Halaster Magnetic Attraction, Temporary Fix
      • We have temporarily disabled the damage taken and outgoing damage effects from Trobriand and Halaster's Magnetic Attraction collisions.
      • The debuff will still track and be displayed, but the two gameplay effects have been disabled.
    • We hope to fix these powers properly fixed in the near future.

Classes: Barbarian

  • Bravery (Feature)
    • Now provides its Deflect bonus at all times.
  • Crescendo (Daily)
    • Magnitude increased 2300 -> 2800.
    • Crescendo has a high opportunity cost (long channel time) and we felt it needs a substantial magnitude increase to make it more competitive with the faster Savage Advance.
  • Mighty Vitality (Feature)
    • Now increases Power by 2.5% instead of decreasing it by 5%
  • Spinning Strike (Daily)
    • Magnitude increased 1000 -> 1400.
    • Radius increased 12 -> 15.
    • Max Targets fixed; now 15 like other multi-target powers.
    • Similar to our changes to Crescendo, we are improving this daily due to its high opportunity cost.
  • Steady Rage (Feature)
    • Rage gain increased 1 -> 2 per second.
  • Trample the Fallen (Feature)
    • Target's damage taken while under the effect increased 3% -> 5%

Blademaster Paragon

  • Adamantine Strike (Daily)
    • Targeting changed to always aim at the player reticle.
    • Delay before damage applies decreased.
    • Radius increased 25 -> 30.
    • We hope this makes the power easier to target and more viable as an opener in group situations.
  • Avalanche of Steel (Daily) & Steel Slam (Feat)
    • Avalanche of Steel's magnitude increased 900 -> 1400.
    • Steel Slam's magnitude (per hit) decreased 325 -> 200.
    • This change intentionally moves more of the damage from the Steel Slam feat to the Avalanche of Steel daily. We hope this make the power more viable in team scenarios, as well as more viable when the player does not have the Steel Slam feat.
  • Barbed Strikes (Feature)
    • Now increases Critical Strike and Critical Severity by 4% each, but the bonus decreases as stamina decreases.
  • Brutal Critical (Feat)
    • Rage increase improved 2 -> 3.
  • Escalating Rage (Feat)
    • Only requires only 5 stacks to activate Rampage, and, Rampage increases the damage bonus of Battlerage by +25%
    • Escalating Rage UI Fix: Rage meter now displays correctly when used with Escalating Rage at less-than-full Rage
  • Impatience (Feature)
    • Has been reworked to decrease cooldowns by 2 seconds when Battlerage activates.
  • Overpenetration (Feat)
    • Overpenetration now scales from Critical Strike and Critical Severity ratings.
    • Now increases your damage by a varying amount, between 0% and 10%, as these ratings approach the rating cap.
  • Raging Strikes (Feature)
    • Bonus damage increased from 5% -> 15%
  • Relentless Battlerage (Feat)
    • No longer decreases the damage bonus of Battlerage.
  • Unstoppable Spin (Feat)
    • Reworked this feat to set Rage to a minimum of 50, then activate Battlerage.
    • Increases the damage bonus of Battlerage to 50% and the tooltip has been clarified that it requires 50 Rage to activate.
    • Duration effect changed to increase the duration of Battlerage by +6 seconds.
    • This change makes Unstoppable Spin always activate Battlerage for at least 10 seconds when activated through Spinning Strike.
    • Unstoppable Spin Rage Meter Fix: Rage meter now syncs better with the duration of Battlerage when used with Unstoppable Spin feat.

Sentinel Paragon

  • Sentinel's Slash (At-Will)
    • Slightly decreased delay before damage is applied on non-Unstoppable version.

Classes: Cleric

Arbiter Paragon

  • Channel Divinity's regeneration increased from ~25 -> ~75 per second.

Classes: Fighter

  • Determination (Daily)
    • Damage bonus increased 30% -> 40%

Note: The two changes below are targeted at encouraging Fighters to use their stamina more actively, and for Dreadnoughts, to encourage them to use a wider set of Class Features.

  • Tactician's Edge (Skill)
    • Revised to provide 10% Combat Advantage and Critical Strike at full stamina, and 5% at no stamina.
  • Vigorous Strikes (Class Feature)
    • Revised to provide 5% Critical Strike at full stamina, and 0% at no stamina. The stat increase to Tactician's Edge compensates for this reduction in stats.

Classes: Rogue

A few updates to some of the lesser-used Rogue powers, in a hope to increase variety in their toolset.

Assassin Paragon

  • Bloodbath (Daily)
    • Magnitude increased 2000 -> 2200.
  • Dazing Strike (Encounter)
    • Non-Stealth effect changed to hit in an area (same as the stealth version)
    • Stealth effect changed to increase Magnitude 300 -> 450.
    • Combat Advantage effect is now identified in tooltip and can now apply to Control immune targets.
  • Deft Strike (Encounter)
    • Magnitude increased 700 -> 800.

Whisperknife Paragon

  • Blitz (Encounter)
    • Magnitude increased 360 -> 400
  • Razor Action (Feature)
    • Razor Action can now hit all targets initially hit by a daily power, but cannot hit the same target more than once every 5 seconds.
    • Razor Action can now critically strike.

Enchanter's Hex Mount Insignia Bonus

  • This insignia bonus does not stack, and the description has been update to indicate this.
  • This bonus has been reworked to apply a 75 magnitude damage attack whenever an Encounter or Daily power, with a control effect, hits a target.
  • Most powers can trigger Enchanter's Hex only once (some known exceptions), but will trigger the bonus attack on all targets.
  • Class Mechanics with Control effects, such as Wizard Chill, and Ranger Grasping Roots, do not trigger the bonus attack.
  • Artifacts, Companion Player Bonus Powers, and other Non-Player Powers do not trigger the bonus attack.
  • The bonus attack can hit targets regardless of control immunities.
  • Encounter Control Tag Update - Updated several powers to allow them to trigger Enchanter's Hex:
    • Cleric Chains of Blazing Light
    • Bard Duet
    • Bard Dancing Lights
    • Paladin Burning Light

Mythic Premium Mount Bundle Update

  • Ebony Riding Lizard (Account), Deadly Driderform (Account), and Uni the Unicorn (Account) mounts have been added to the pack.
