Known Issues

Lockbox of Dark Omens

• The Dragon Hunter companion cannot currently be claimed from the Reward Claims Agent when the account unlock is bound to the character.
  • The account unlock is successfully being applied on the back-end in most cases, and we plan to resolve the remaining cases by the time we release the fix that makes it properly available in the Reward Claims Agent.
• The Black Unicorn cannot be claimed from the Reward Claims Agent if the player had claimed a Dragonbone Golem prior to claiming the Black Unicorn. The account unlock will be granted in an upcoming patch.
• The Omen of Despair cannot be claimed from the Reward Claims Agent if the player had claimed an Empowered Dragonbone Golem prior to claiming the Omen of Despair. The account unlock will be granted in an upcoming patch.
