General:

• Winter Event:
  •    Resolved an issue where some players would not be able to join in on "The Fast and the Flurrious" race.
  •    The Lobi Store now offers Winter Prize Voucher (2016) Bundles if the player has an appropriate winter ship project slotted.
  •    Updated the older winter ship projects to accept the Winter Prize Voucher (2016) commodity.
  •    Added an "Exchange Voucher (2016) for Marks" project, which is available while the Winter Event is running and a character on the player’s account has completed the "Claim a Breen Chel Boalg Warship [T6] - Winter 2016 project. 
• Resolved an issue which was occasionally causing maps to crash.
• Removed the broadcast message on getting an Ultra-Rare Prize Token from the Phoenix Prize Pack. 

Known Issues:

• Foundry functions will not be available for an extended period of time due to updates needed from the lighting update made in this release.
• Some maps with reflections from windows may have visual issues.
• KDF Captains cannot wear some of the winter scarves.
• The Phoenix Pack mistakenly lists the Elachi Kit Module – Subspace Rift as an item to obtain.
